The Pantone Color Institute has dubbed 2020 as the year of: Classic Blue. 

This decision was hardly made overnight, though. Throughout the year the institute discusses colors that could possibly define the forthcoming year. PANTONE 19-4052 Classic Blue was chosen specifically for the impending new decade due to its reliable familiarity. With 2020 coming full throttle and election season looming ahead, this calming azure shade asserts itself confidently because of its stable and elegant simplicity, which is something we all need with the uncertainty of the future materializing before us.

Classic Blue has ubiquitous interpretations that evoke thought-provocation, peace, clarity, and concentration.
